Bitty Bigs

Created by Austin-based photographer and line cook Bianca Delmar, Bitty Bigs is a miniature take on the food that defines this city.

After joining LeRoy & Lewis Barbecue in early 2024, helping them earn a Michelin Star and a #2 spot on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ Joints, Bianca now spends her time working the line, carving steaks tableside, or serving front of house. In her "free time" she's turning those experiences into tiny, hand-sculpted pieces.

Outside the kitchen, she also spends time supporting Austin’s local food community, including contributing to neighborhood free fridges, an experience that continues to shape how she thinks about food and access.

Each Bitty Big is a small reflection of the flavors, people, and community that inspire her every day.
